Big news!! The Fourth Edition of Intuitive Eating was released on June 23!! The authors, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch have fully revised and updated this edition which encourages us to unlearn everything we've been taught about diet culture, so we can reconnect with our internal wisdom and integrate it into all aspect of our lives.
Intuitive Eating is life-changing, and I don't say this lightly! Intuitive Eating helped me heal from an eating disorder, and it changed the trajectory of my career.
