2) What is your level of stress and your current stressors (in all areas of your life)?
3) How would you describe your mood, concentration, and focus?
4) What does your self-talk sound like?
5) What coping skills do you use when experiencing negative emotions?
6) How enjoyable is your life at present? Are you making time for leisure, relaxation, and play?
7) How are you sleeping and eating?
Are there any areas that could use your attention? Mental health is just as important as other aspects of your health!
